ZW7A outdoor high-voltage AC vacuum interrupter produced by KEXR, a manufacturer in China, is an outdoor high-voltage interrupter suitable for 40.5kV voltage class, which is mainly used for substation outgoing line, power distribution of industrial and mining enterprises and new energy power generation system, and has the characteristics of high breaking capacity, maintenance-free and intelligent control, and is suitable for harsh outdoor environment.

◆High voltage grade design

 The rated voltage of ZW7A outdoor high-voltage AC vacuum interrupter is 40.5kV, which is suitable for 35kV power systems (such as wind power and photovoltaic booster stations). Vacuum arc extinguishing technology, no oil, no SF, environmental protection and maintenance-free.

◆Outdoor fully sealed structure

The ZW7A outdoor high-voltage AC vacuum interrupter adopts silicone rubber sleeve, UV-resistant, anti-fouling, protection grade IP67 (dustproof and waterproof). Solid sealing pole (optional): epoxy resin is poured to enhance insulation performance, which is suitable for high humidity and salt fog areas.

◆Intelligent control (optional) 

Microcomputer-based protection device: it supports overcurrent, quick break and zero sequence protection. Automatic reclosing (adjustable for 1~3 times) to improve the reliability of power supply. Communication interface: ZW7A outdoor high-voltage AC vacuum interrupter support 4G/GPRS and RS485, and connect with SCADA system.

◆High reliability operating mechanism

 Spring energy storage mechanism (electric+manual operation):

Electric energy storage: DC220V/AC220V optional. Manual brake release: mechanical tripping in case of emergency. Mechanical life: ≥10,000 times, electrical life ≥5,000 times (rated current)
