ZN63-12 (VS1-12) solid sealed indoor high voltage vacuum interrupter is an upgraded version of the traditional Zn63-12. The vacuum interrupter and conductive parts are integrally cast and cured by epoxy resin, which significantly improves the insulation performance and environmental adaptability.

● Main Structural characteristics of the sealed indoor high voltage vacuum interrupter
(1) Epoxy Encapsulated Pole: The vacuum interrupter, main circuit and other key components of the sealed indoor high voltage vacuum interrupter are integrally cast with epoxy resin to form a fully enclosed structure.
Advantages: Dust-proof, moisture-proof and corrosion-resistant, suitable for harsh environment (such as chemical industry, mines and coastal high humidity areas). High insulation strength between phases, avoiding flashover and creepage. High mechanical strength, good seismic performance, suitable for frequent operation occasions.

▶Ambient temperature range: The ambient temperature ZN63-12 type sealed indoor high voltage vacuum interrupterof should be -15~40℃(Storage and transportation at -30℃ is allowed )
▶Altitude: The sealed indoor high voltage vacuum interrupter should be installed less than 1000 meters.
▶Relative humidity: the daily average is not more than 95%, the monthly average is not more than 90%, the daily average of saturated vapor pressure is not more than 2.2×10-3MPa, and the monthly average is not more than 1.8×10-3MPa.
