● KSG Dry-type Mining Transformer characteristics

KSG mining general dry-type transformers have strong moisture-proof ability, good flame retardant performance, and insulation materials with automatic extinguishing characteristics, They do not produce harmful gases when encountering a fire source, do not pollute the environment, and are easy to maintain.

The high-voltage coil of the mining dry-type transformer is made of high-quality wire winding, and the winding is cast with high quality epoxy resin under vacuum. The low-voltage coil is made of foil winding and resin preimpregnated insulation layer winding. The iron core adopts high-quality high magnetic conductivity cold-rolled grain oriented silicon steel sheets with small hysteresis expansion from the same batch. Adopt epoxy adhesive coating to seal and prevent corrosion. Overload capacity of mining dry-type transformer: Under natural cooling (AN) conditions, the overload capacity is allowed to meet the requirements in the following table (ambient temperature of 20 °C ):

The temperature control system for KSG Dry-type Mining Transformer consists of a temperature controller and a temperature measuring element installed at the top of the low-voltage winding, which is the hottest point of the product. 1t realizes temperature control of the transformer and displays the hot spot temperature of windings A, B, and C during the operation of the transformer. If the temperature of the transformer winding is too high due to overload operation or fault, the temperature controller will issue an alarm and trip, and the temperature control system will have passive contacts for alarm and trip. When using forced air cooling, the temperature controller determines the input or switching of the cooling environment system certification fan based on the winding temperature. An RS485 communication interface can also be optionally installed for remote management.The product casing has a protection level of P21 or higher
