Kexun Electric Holds Outdoor Team Building Event to Boost Team Cohesion

To enrich employees' spare time, relieve work pressure and enhance team cohesion, Kexun Electric organized a one-day outdoor team building activity for all employees on the weekend.

The event was held at an outdoor expansion base in the suburbs, with a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. We arranged a variety of interactive team games and expansion projects, which required all members to cooperate, communicate and work together to complete the challenges. During the process, employees from different departments broke the work boundaries, helped each other and completed all tasks successfully, which greatly enhanced the tacit understanding and trust between teams.

After the expansion activities, we also held a casual barbecue party. All staff sat together, shared food and daily stories, and the management team also communicated with front-line employees face to face, listening to everyone's opinions and suggestions about work and company development.
