After the assembly of each switchgear and vacuum circuit breaker, inspectors carry out a complete set of tests, including power frequency withstand voltage test, insulation test, contact resistance test and five-prevention interlock function check. Only fully qualified products can move to packaging. Non-qualified products will be sent for rework immediately.Qualified products enter the export packaging stage. For sea freight, our packaging team applies moisture-proof film and shockproof wooden frame, with clear shipping marks, model and specification labels. This protection prevents dampness and collision damage during long ocean transportation.
