◆ Integral structure

Urban distribution substation mainly divided into three parts: high-voltage switch room, transformer room and low-voltage switch room, which can be transported separately.

The substation adopts a unique large-cycle heat dissipation design to ensure the temperature rise level of the product, and the separate sealing between rooms will not form heat exchange between rooms.

The shell of Urban distribution substation is made of high-quality stainless steel plate.

All parts of the steel plate structure have undergone special anti-corrosion treatment, and the stainless steel plate structure has strong corrosion resistance and good mechanical strength.

Ths substation can be directly installed indoors without additional building foundation, which saves cost and space and is convenient to install.

◆ High pressure chamber SF6 gas-filled switchgear independently developed by our company is adopted for high voltage, and all switchgear and busbars are sealed in a closed stainless steel box with no exposed charged body outside. Safe operation and high reliability; Fully modular design, all modules can realize the connection mode of side outlet and top expansion according to the power consumption requirements, and meet the needs of power supply scheme to the maximum extent.

◆ Low pressure chamber The low-voltage side inlet and outlet lines are all made of new molded case circuit breakers, which are small in size, free from arcing and easy to replace. Multifunctional intelligent comprehensive protection controller and new integrated reactive power compensation device.

◆ Transformer room The transformer is fully insulated with epoxy resin, and the insulation and heat resistance level is F, and the transformer does not have any combustion-supporting materials, and does not produce any gas or other intermediate products that are not conducive to the environment during operation, so it has the characteristics of good flame retardancy, environmental protection and energy saving.

◆ Internal connection The voltage transformer and Chinese solid switch are connected by the company's solid insulated cable accessories, which are safe, reliable and fully insulated.

● High pressure side

The high voltage of intelligent integrated substation is generally protected by a load switch-fuse combination electrical appliance. After the fuse is blown in one phase, the three-phase linkage trips. The load switch can be selected from compressed air, vacuum, sulfur hexafluoride, etc., and the operating mechanism can be distributed to realize automatic upgrade. The fuse is a high-voltage current-limiting fuse with a striker, which has reliable action and large breaking capacity. See the table below for the main technical parameters. For transformers above 800kVA, vacuum circuit breakers such as ZN12, ZN28 and VS1 can be selected for protection.

● Low pressure side

The main switch on the low voltage side adopts universal or intelligent circuit breaker for selective protection; The outlet switch adopts a new type of plastic shell switch with small volume and short arcing, up to 30 circuits; Intelligent automatic tracking reactive power compensation device has contactor and contactless switching modes for users to choose.

● Transformer of the Urban distribution substation

The intelligent integrated substation adopts low-loss, oil-immersed, fully sealed S9, S10 and S11 series transformers, and can also choose resin-extremely-small or NOMEX paper-insulated environmental-friendly dry-type transformers. The bottom is equipped with a trolley, and the transformers can easily enter and exit.
