● Application of KYN28-12 type High Voltage Complete Set

KYN28-12 (GZS1) High Voltage Complete Set is a three-phase AC 50Hz indoor complete distribution device, which is used to receive and distribute 3-12kV network power and control, protect and monitor the circuit. Various types of microcomputer-based comprehensive relay protection devices can be installed on the panel of the relay chamber of this product, and the intelligent control of the system can be realized. It has the functions of remote control, telemetry, remote communication and remote adjustment, and the field network can be controlled through CAN bus with communication interface. It also has the functions of preventing misoperation of the circuit breaker, pushing and pulling the handcart with load, closing the grounding switch with electricity, sending electricity at the grounding position and preventing it from entering the live interval by mistake, which is referred to as "five prevention" for short. The cabinet can be equipped with VSI (ZN63) and ZN12V vacuum circuit breakers, as well as imported VD4 vacuum circuit breakers and VC series vacuum contactors.

● High Voltage Complete Set description

The shell and partition of the High Voltage Complete Set are made of aluminum-zinc coated steel plates or steel plates which are bolted after being processed and bent by CNC machine tools, so the assembled High Voltage Complete Set can maintain the uniformity in size. Aluminum-zinc coated steel plate has strong anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation effects and high mechanical strength. The interior of the High Voltage Complete Set is divided into handcart room, bus room, cable room and relay instrument room by partitions, and the shell of each unit has independent grounding. The doors of it are all sprayed with electrostatic plastic, which makes their surfaces have the advantages of impact resistance, corrosion resistance and beautiful appearance (colors can be customized by users).

It has strong corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, and has higher mechanical strength than the same steel plate. The High Voltage Complete Set is divided into handcart room (circuit breaker compartment), bus room, cable room and relay instrument room (low voltage room) by partition. The shell of each unit is independently grounded.
