●Structural characteristics of the KYN61-40.5 type Armor-clad Shifting Switch Equipment
The switch equipment is designed according to the standard of armored metal enclosed equipment in GB3906-1991 and IEC298. The whole equipment consists of two parts: the equipment and the drawable part (handcart). The equipment structure is assembled and combined with bolts. The interior of switch equipment is divided into circuit breaker room, main bus room, cable room and relay instrument room by metal partition. The protection level of the shell reaches IP3X, and the protection level between compartments is IP2x, and all metal structural members are reliably grounded. Each compartment of the main loop system has a pressure release channel for independent exhaust.
◆ Shell and partition
The shell and partition of the Armor-clad Shifting Switch Equipment are bolted by cold-rolled steel plate after being processed and bent by CNC machine tools. Therefore, the assembled equipment can ensure the uniformity of structural dimensions. Armor-clad Shifting Switch Equipment is divided into circuit breaker room, main bus room, cable room and relay instrument room, and each part is separated by grounded metal partition.
◆ Handcart
Handcart can be divided into circuit breaker handcart, voltage transformer handcart, metering handcart, isolation handcart, etc. All kinds of handcart have the same shape and size, and handcarts with the same purpose are interchangeable. The handcart has a test/isolation position and a working position in the equipment, and each position is equipped with an interlocking device to ensure that the handcart cannot move casually when it is in the above two positions.
◆ Circuit breaker compartment
A specific track is installed in the circuit breaker compartment for handcart to move. When the circuit breaker moves between the test position and the working position, the isolation valve automatically opens or closes, which ensures that the staff does not touch the charged body. The handcart can be operated with the equipment door closed, and the position of the handcart in the equipment can be seen through the observation window, and at the same time, any functional signs on the handcart can be seen.
◆ Bus compartment
The main bus leads from one armor-clad shifting switch equipment to another and is fixed by branch small buses and static contact boxes, and is fixed by bus sleeves when crossing the side plates of adjacent equipments. All buses adopt composite insulation.
◆ Cable compartment
PT, grounding switch, lightning arrester and multiple cables can be installed in the cable room.
◆ Relay room
The indoor board and panel of relay can be equipped with secondary components such as control and protection components, metering and display instruments, and live monitoring indicators.
◆ Interlocking device

When the grounding switch is in the off position, the handcart can only move from the test/isolation position to the working position; And the back door can not be opened, thus preventing mistaken entry into the electrified interval. When the handcart is completely pulled out of the equipment, or when the handcart is in the test/isolation position in the equipment and the earthing switch is interlocked and unlocked, the earthing switch can be closed. When the handcart is in the working position, the grounding switch cannot be closed. It prevents the grounding switch from being switched on by mistake, and prevents the handcart from moving to the working position when the grounding switch is in the closed position. Only when the circuit breaker handcart is in the test/isolation position or working position can the circuit breaker be operated; Moreover, after the circuit breaker is closed, the handcart cannot move, which prevents the live load from pushing and pulling the circuit breaker by mistake. Electrical interlocking can be installed between equipments.
◆ Earthing device
In the cable room, there is a 6×50mm2 grounding bus bar, which can pass through the adjacent equipments and make good contact with the equipments.
