● Structure and working principle

The KYN28-24 Type Armor-Clad Shifting Metal Closed Switch Equipment consists of cabinet and removable parts (commonly known as handcart). The cabinet is divided into several functional compartments by metal partitions, such as bus room, circuit breaker room, cable room and relay instrument room. Removable parts of switchgear can be equipped with vacuum circuit breaker handcart, voltage transformer handcart, lightning arrester handcart, isolation handcart and fuse handcart.

◆The shell

The shell of KYN28-24 Type Armor-Clad Shifting Metal Closed Switch Equipment is made of imported aluminum-zinc coated steel plate, which is processed by CNC machine tool and made by multiple folding process. ◆The handcart

The handcart skeleton is made of thin steel plate and assembled by CNC machine tool. The handcart and the cabinet have high matching precision, and the mechanical interlock is safe, reliable and flexible. Handcart can be divided into circuit breaker handcart, voltage transformer handcart, metering handcart, isolation handcart, etc. Handcarts with the same specifications can be freely interchanged. The handcart has a disconnection/test position and a working position in the cabinet, and each position has a positioning device. To ensure reliable interlocking. All kinds of handcarts are propelled and withdrawn by screw rods, which are light and flexible to operate and suitable for the personnel on duty. When the handcart needs to be removed from the cabinet, it can be conveniently taken out with a special transfer truck for various inspections and maintenance. When the handcart running car is transported into the cabinet circuit breaker room, it can be reliably locked in the off/test position, and the cabinet position indicator light shows its position. Only after the handcart is completely locked can the lead screw propulsion mechanism be shaken to push the handcart to the working position. When the handcart reaches the working position, the operating force of the propulsion handle suddenly increases and cannot be rotated, and its corresponding position indicator light shows its position. The mechanical interlock of handcart can reliably ensure that the circuit breaker can be closed only when the handcart is in the working position or test position; Moreover, the handcart can only move when the circuit breaker is in the opening state.

◆ Pressure relief device

Pressure relief devices are installed above the handcart room, bus room and cable room. When faults occur in the compartment and arc occurs, the air pressure inside the switchgear rises, and the cabinet door is closed by a special sealing ring installed on the front door, and the pressure relief metal plate of the top device is automatically opened to release pressure and high-temperature gas, thus ensuring the safety of operators and switchgear.

◆ The secondary plug interlocked with the handcart.

The secondary connection between the switchgear and the handcart is realized through the contact of the secondary plug, which is connected with the handcart through a nylon corrugated telescopic tube, and the secondary socket is installed at the upper right of the handcart of the switch equipment. Only when the handcart is in the test/off position can the secondary plug be plugged in or unplugged. The secondary plug is locked when the handcart enters the working position. Circuit breaker handcart equipped with closing and locking electromagnet, before the secondary plug is connected, the closing mechanism of handcart is locked by electromagnet, and it can only be opened, so it can't be closed.

◆ Charged display device

The switchgear can be equipped with a live display device for detecting the operation of the primary circuit, which consists of a high-voltage sensor and a display. The device can prompt the charging status of the high-voltage circuit, and can also cooperate with the electromagnetic lock to forcibly lock the operating handle, the cabinet door and the adjacent cabinets, so as to achieve the purposes of preventing the handcart from moving and isolating with load, preventing the grounding switch from closing with charging, and preventing it from entering the charging interval by mistake, and improving the error-proof performance of supporting products.

◆ Prevent condensation

In order to prevent condensation in the environment with high humidity or great temperature change, electric heaters are installed in the circuit breaker room and cable room respectively, so as to prevent insulation accidents under the above operating conditions.

◆ Grounding device

There is a 5×40mm2 grounding copper bar in the cable room, which runs through the adjacent cabinets and is well connected with the cabinets for the use of directly grounded components. Because the whole cabinet is spliced with aluminum-coated zinc plates, the whole cabinet is in a good grounding state, ensuring the safety of operators when touching the cabinet.
