KYN28-12 HV Switchgear is produced by Kexun, a manufacturer in China. (1) The HV switchgear allows storage and transportation at -30℃
(2) When the altitude exceeds 1000m, it shall be handled according to B/2102 "Technical Requirements for High-voltage Electrical Apparatus Using Altitude Areas"; when the altitude does not exceed 2000m, no measures shall be taken for low-voltage auxiliary equipment;
(3) When the actual use conditions are different from the above, it shall be negotiated by both the user and the manufacturer.
◆The HV switchgear consists of two parts: a fixed cabinet body and a drawable part (handcart for short) (see figure for the schematic diagram of the HV switchgear structure belows). The shell of the cabinet body of the switchgeart and the clapboards of each functional unit are bolted by aluminum-zinc coated steel plates. The protection level of switchgear shell reaches IP4X, and the protection level of each compartment partition board and circuit breaker door is P2X when it is opened. The KYN28-12 type HV Switchgear can be equipped with VS1, ZN 12V vacuum circuit breaker handcart and VD4 vacuum circuit breaker handcart, and VC vacuum contactor produced by ABB company. The switchgear can be installed in double cabinets, that is, in back-to-back arrangement. The installation and debugging of the switch cabinet can be carried out in the front, so the switch cabinet can be installed against the wall. The biggest advantage of installing against the wall is to save the floor space. In addition, the HV Switchgear can be installed without the wall, that is, the double-sided maintenance type. The internal structure layout of the two is inconsistent, and its advantage is convenient maintenance.

The cabinet shell and partition of the HV Switchgear are made of aluminum-zinc coated steel plates or steel plates bolted after being processed and bent by CNC machine tools, and the assembled switch cabinet can maintain the uniformity in size. Aluminum-zinc coated steel plate has strong anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation effects and higher mechanical strength than the same steel plate. The interior of the HV Switchgear is divided into 1. Handcart room 2. Bus room 3. Cable room 4. Relay instrument room, and the shell of each unit has independent grounding. The doors of the switchgear are all sprayed with electrostatic plastic to make their surfaces have the advantages of impact resistance, corrosion resistance and beautiful appearance (color can be customized by users).

The shell and partition of the KYN28-12 type HV Switchgear are made of high-quality imported aluminum-coated zinc steel plates which are bolted after being bent by CNC machine tools, so the assembled HV Switchgear can maintain the uniformity in size. It has strong corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, and has higher mechanical strength than the same steel plate. HV Switchgear is divided into handcart room (circuit breaker compartment), bus room, cable room and relay instrument room (low voltage room) by partition. The shell of each unit is independently grounded.
