● Architectural feature
The basic switchgear frame of Low Voltage Draw-out Switchgear is assembled structure. All the structural parts of the switchgear frame are connected with each other by screws to form a basic frame. Then, as required, doors, baffles, partitions, drawers, mounting brackets, bus bars and electrical components are added to assemble a complete switchgear. This LV switchgear has the following characteristics:
▶1. The frame is made of profiled steel, positioned by three-dimensional corner plate, and bolted without welding structure, thus avoiding welding deformation and stress and improving installation accuracy.
▶2. The mounting holes of frames and parts change according to the modulus E=20mm.
▶3. The internal structural parts are galvanized. After pickling and phosphating, the exterior is sprayed with electrostatic epoxy powder. 4. In the power center (PC) incoming switchgear, the top is the horizontal bus area, and the lower part of the horizontal bus area is the circuit breaker room. The circuit breakers can be equipped with domestic DW15C, ME and other series, and can also be equipped with various circuit breakers produced by foreign electric companies according to users' needs, such as F series circuit breakers produced by ABB company and intelligent circuit breakers. In general, the PC unit has a main circuit (including bus coupler) with inverted rows. When the rated current is 630A-1600A, it occupies a switchgear with an overall size of 800×1000×2200 (width x depth x height). The main circuit without turnover occupies a switchgear with an external dimension of 800×800×2000 (width, depth and height). When the rated current is between 1600A-3150A, it occupies a switchgear with an overall size of 1000×1000×2200 (width x depth x height). There is no main switchgear that is turned over. When the rated current is 1600A-3150A, it occupies a switchgear with an external dimension of 1000×1000×220 (width× depth× height). The main circuit without turnover occupies a switchgear with an external dimension of 1000×800×2200 (width x depth x height).
▶4.The structure of the power center (PC) feeder switchgear is similar to that of the incoming switchgear. When the feeding current is 630A-1600A, a 1000×1000×2200 (width× depth× height) switchgear can be equipped with two loops, which are arranged up and down.
▶5. Motor Control Center (MCC) switchgear has two types: wall-mounted switchgear and non-wall-mounted switchgear, the top of which is a horizontal busbar area, and the drawer functional unit area is below the horizontal busbar area, the width of which is 600mm, and the height of the drawer functional unit area is 1840 mm. When the switchgear body is wall-mounted, the left part of the switchgear is a functional unit area, and the right part has a 200mm wide cable outlet area. The overall dimensions of the switchgear are 800/500/2200 (width/depth/height). When the switchgear is installed away from the wall, the width of the switchgear is 600mm, and the cable outlet area is at the back of the switchgear. The overall dimensions of the switchgear are 600×800(1000)×2200 (width x depth x height). There are two kinds of switchgear depths: 800 and 1000. We suggest that users choose a switchgear with a depth of 1000 to be consistent with the depth of the PC switchgear. When the drawer is drawn out of the switchgear, the live part in the switchgear is not exposed, which is safe and reliable.

● Caution
▶When installing this product, the horizontal line between Low Voltage Draw-out Switchgears should be firmly and reliably connected.
▶The door of this product has an interlocking function with the main switch, that is, the door can only be opened under the condition of power failure. The other side of this product is a screw sealing plate, which has no interlocking function with the main switch. Therefore, please disconnect the power supply when disassembling the side plate of this product for maintenance.
▶Non-professionals should not open the switchgear for maintenance.
