● Using conditions of the GGD type AC Low Voltage Distribution Switchgear
▶The ambient air temperature shall not be higher than +40℃ or lower than -5℃, and the average temperature within 24h shall not be higher than+35℃
▶ The altitude of indoor installation and use place shall not exceed 2000m;;
▶ The relative humidity of the surrounding air should not exceed 50% at the highest temperature of +40℃, and a larger relative temperature should be allowed at a lower temperature (for example, 90% at +20℃), considering that the influence of suspicious dew may occasionally occur due to temperature changes;
▶ When the equipment is installed, the inclination with the vertical plane shall not exceed 5:
▶ The equipment shall be installed in a place where there is no violent vibration and impact, and where it is not enough to corrode electrical components;

● Design feature
▶The cabinet of GGD type AC low-voltage distribution switchgear is in the form of general cabinet, and the frame is assembled by local welding with 8MF cold-formed steel. The frame parts and special supporting parts are supplied by the designated steel manufacturer to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cabinet. The components of the universal cabinet are designed according to the modular principle, and there are 20 mounting holes. The universal coefficient is high, which can make the factory realize pre-production, which not only shortens the manufacturing cycle, but also improves the work efficiency.
▶ The design of GGD type AC low-voltage distribution switchgeart fully considers the heat dissipation in the operation of the cabinet. There are different numbers of cooling slots at the upper and lower ends of the cabinet. When the electrical components in the cabinet generate heat, the hot air rises and is discharged through the upper slot, while the cold air is continuously replenished into the cabinet through the lower slot, so that the sealed cabinet forms a natural ventilation duct from bottom to top to achieve the purpose of cooling.
▶According to the requirements of modern industrial product modeling design, GGD type AC low-voltage distribution switchgear adopts the method of golden section ratio to design the shape of cabinet and the division size of each part, which makes the whole cabinet beautiful and generous.
▶The cupboard door is connected with the frame by a rotating hinge, which is convenient for installation and disassembly. A gable rubber strip is embedded in the hem of the door. When the door is closed, the strip between the door and the frame has a certain compression stroke, which can prevent the door from directly colliding with the cabinet and improve the protection level of the door.
▶The instrument door equipped with electrical components is connected with the frame by multiple strands of soft copper wires, and the installation parts in the cabinet are connected with the frame by knurled screws, so that the whole cabinet constitutes a complete grounding protection system.
▶The top coat of the cabinet is made of polyester orange baking paint, which has strong adhesion and good texture. The whole cabinet is in sub-light tone, which avoids the dazzling effect and creates a comfortable visual environment for the personnel on duty.
▶The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when necessary, which is convenient for the assembly and adjustment of the main bus on site. The four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and shipping.
▶The protection level of the cabinet is IP30, and users can also choose between IP20 and IP40 according to the requirements of the use environment.
● Installation and use
After the product arrives at the receiving place, it should first check whether the packaging is intact, and notify the relevant departments to find the reasons in time when problems are found. For products that are not installed immediately, they should be placed in appropriate places according to the provisions of normal use conditions.
◆ Product installation
The installation of products shall be carried out according to the installation schematic diagram (see attached figure ), and the basic channel steel and bolts shall be provided by users. When the main bus is installed in a whole row with tin plating, the overlapping surface shall be repaired and leveled, cleaned, coated with neutral vaseline or taken other measures, and then fastened with bolts.
◆The products shall be inspected and tested for the following items after installation and before being put into operation.
▶Check whether the top paint of the cabinet has fallen off and whether the cabinet is dry and clean.
▶Whether the operating mechanism of electrical components is flexible, and there should be no jamming or excessive operating force.
▶Whether the on-off of the main and auxiliary contacts of main electrical appliances is reliable and accurate.
▶Whether the ratio and polarity of instrument indication and transformer are correct.
▶Whether the busbar connection is good and whether the insulation supports, mounting parts and accessories are installed firmly and reliably.
▶Whether the auxiliary contact meets the requirements, whether the fuse core specification of the fuse is correct, whether the setting value of the relay meets the design requirements, and whether the action is reliable and accurate.
▶Whether the contact of the circuit meets the requirements of the electrical schematic diagram.
▶Whether the protection circuit system meets the requirements.
▶Use a 500-volt megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance value not less than 1 megohmmeter.
◆ Precautions for use
(1) .This product is not installed against the wall, operated on one side (front side), and maintained with double doors. Only qualified professionals can enter or open the product maintenance channel and cupboard door for operation, inspection and maintenance.
(2). air switch after many times, will make the main contact local burns and produce carbon substances, increase the contact resistance, should be regular maintenance and repair of air switch according to its operating instructions.
