▶The main frame of GCS type Low Voltage Complete Set adopts 8MF type open section steel, and the two sides of the section steel have installation holes with the modulus of 20mm and 100mm and ①9.2mm respectively, so the internal installation is flexible and convenient.

◆After the products arrive at the receiving place, they should first check whether the packaging is intact. If problems are found, they should promptly notify the relevant departments of the contract to make business records, analyze the reasons together, make visas and deal with the aftermath. For products that are not installed immediately, they should be placed in an appropriate place and properly kept according to the normal use conditions and the requirements of temporary storage regulations for electrical equipment. 1. The product shall be installed according to the installation schematic diagram (see attached figure). (6) Drawers of the same size shall be interchangeable conveniently without jamming and collision.

(7) The grounding contact between the drawer and the cabinet should be in close contact. When the drawer is pushed in, the grounding contact of the drawer is contacted before the main contact, and when it is pulled out, the grounding contact is disconnected after the main contact.

(8) The calibration of the instrument, the transformation ratio and polarity of the transformer shall be correct.

(9) The fuse core specification should meet the requirements of engineering design.

(10) The rating and setting of protection shall be correct and reliable.

(11) Use a 1000V megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance value not less than 1MΩ.

(12) The connection of each busbar shall be good, and the installation of insulation supports, installation parts and other accessories shall be firm and reliable.

◆ Use precautions of the GCS type Low Voltage Complete Set

▶The device is a Low Voltage Complete Set which is not installed against the wall, operated from the front and maintained on both sides. Only qualified professionals can enter or open the maintenance channel and cabinet door for operation, inspection and maintenance.
