● Architectural feature
The drawer function unit and the door are mechanically interlocked by the operating mechanism of the main switch. When the main switch is in the closing position, the door cannot be opened, and the operating mechanism can be locked in the closing or opening position with an additional padlock. The compartments of functional units are separated by metal plates, and the drawers have good interchangeability, and have working position, test position and separation position. When the drawer is pushed to a certain position, the drawer will be automatically positioned. At this time, the drawer on the left side of the drawer can be pulled to release the positioning and enter the next position. When the drawer is pulled out of the cabinet, it also has the function of preventing falling off.
▶The cabinet with fixed schemes such as capacitance compensation and metering has the same appearance and the same horizontal bus position as the drawer cabinet. Thereby ensuring that the drawer-type cabinet and the fixed cabinet can be used side by side.
▶Busbar system: The busbar of cabinet adopts three-phase five-wire system, single busbar is used when the rated current of horizontal busbar is below 1250A, and double busbar is used when the rated current of horizontal busbar is above 1250A. The horizontal busbar between cabinets is overlapped by connecting blocks, and the vertical busbar is enclosed by polycarbonate engineering plastic shell. The internal baffle is used to limit arc diffusion. The neutral busbar is set at the front of the cabinet top, and the protective busbar (PE) is set at the bottom of the cabinet and is connected with the baffle of the cabinet.
