◆The XL-21 type Low voltage power distribution switchgear should installed at an altitude less than 2000m.

◆The ambient temperature and ambient air temperature are not higher than +40℃, but the average temperature is not higher than +35℃ and the ambient air temperature is not lower than -100℃ in a 24-hour period.

◆There must be no excessive dust, acid, salt, corrosive and explosive gas in the air. The relative temperature shall not exceed 50% at the highest temperature of +40℃, and a higher relative temperature is allowed at the lowest temperature, such as 90% below +20℃. It should be considered that general condensation may occasionally occur due to temperature changes.

● Design features

◆The XL-21 type Low voltage power distribution switchgear is floor-mounted and can be directly installed under the transformer. The switchgear body is made of high-quality steel plate welded or assembled, and the knife switch operating handle is installed on the right column in front of the switchgear, which can be used for switching power supply. A voltmeter is installed in front of the power distribution box. Indicates the bus voltage. There is a door in front of the power distribution box. After the door is opened, all the equipment in the power distribution box is exposed, which is convenient for maintenance. This power distribution box adopts new components designed by China, which has the characteristics of compact structure, convenient maintenance and flexible combination of circuit schemes. The power distribution box is equipped with a circuit breaker as short circuit protection, and an operation button can be installed in front of the door.

◆The power distribution box can be packed and transported only after passing the inspection. When the product arrives at the destination, first check whether the box is complete. If the power distribution box is not installed immediately, store the product in a dry and clean place.

◆The power distribution box can be installed according to the installation drawing, and the foundation channel steel and screws shall be provided by the user. If the cable is outgoing, the user shall bury the foundation groove and the cable trench outside the bottom paste bolt.

◆ After the power distribution box is installed or overhauled, a series of items must be inspected and tested before it is put into operation.

(1) check whether the internal electrical equipment and wiring conform to the schematic diagram.

(2) Check and operate the switch several times to see if it is flexible and normal.

(3) Check and test whether all meters and relays are accurate.
