Brand-new CNC processing machines, full-automatic component testing equipment and intelligent assembly lines have all been officially put into use.

Overseas order volume has kept rising in recent years, and this equipment upgrade aims to improve the overall supply capacity of Kexun Electric from the production source.
The newly added automatic production lines cover two core product lines of Kexun Electric.
First category — high-voltage complete sets such as:
- GIS-40.5 gas insulated switchgear
- 10kV/24kV ring main units
- cable branch boxes
Second category — low-voltage complete products including:
- national standard LV switchgear
- JP distribution boxes
- energy metering boxes
After the replacement of old and new equipment, the component processing precision and finished product inspection efficiency of Kexun Electric have doubled, effectively avoiding dimensional deviation and missed inspection caused by manual operation.
With the continuous implementation of grid renovation and new urban substation projects in Central Asian countries including Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, Kexun Electric receives bulk purchasing orders for complete HV/LV power distribution equipment every month.
The traditional manual production lines could hardly match the growing delivery demand before.
After multiple rounds of market research and capacity calculation, the management team of Kexun Electric finalized this automatic equipment upgrade plan to realize full-process intelligence from production, inspection to warehousing.
Automatic testing equipment is the core highlight of this upgrade.
All GIS switchgears, ring main units and low-voltage complete sets produced by Kexun Electric will go through full automatic screening of electrical performance.
Data of insulation withstand voltage, loop resistance, switching performance and protection grade are automatically recorded by the equipment.
Every product delivered can generate an independent test report, greatly boosting overseas clients’ trust in the product quality of Kexun Electric.
Capacity data shows that after the equipment upgrade, the daily output of high-voltage complete sets of Kexun Electric has increased by 60%, and the daily output of low-voltage complete sets has risen by 85%.
The overall order delivery cycle is shortened by one third.
For bulk purchasing orders of large Uzbekistan substations, Kexun Electric can now arrange production and deliver goods in batches rapidly without extending lead time, and can receive more inquiries for new domestic and overseas substation and urban power distribution renovation projects simultaneously.
