Selection and maintenance of ring main unit

Key points of selection:

  According to the application scenario: SF6 or environmental protection gas cabinet can be selected for general urban network; Solid insulation or environmental protection gas cabinets are preferred in environmentally sensitive areas such as water sources and scenic spots; Solid insulation cabinets have obvious advantages in high altitude and cold areas.

  According to the core parameters: pay attention to the voltage level (12kV, 24kV, 40.5kV), rated current, short-term withstand current and protection level (for example, IP67 indicates that the gas box has strong dustproof and waterproof ability).

  According to safety interlock: it is necessary to have a perfect "five-prevention" interlock function to prevent misoperation.

Maintain common sense:

 

SF6 cabinet needs to observe the barometer regularly. Under normal circumstances, it can be maintained free or less for 15-30 years.

There is no need to worry about air leakage and gas liquefaction, but it is necessary to pay attention to its local discharge and mechanical life (the mechanical life can usually reach more than 10,000 times, far exceeding the 2000 times of SF6 cabinets).
